Filipino Ministry in Hawaii works among the different Filipino churches in order to mobilize them to world missions. Trinity Church Central Oahu offers the Kairos (world mission) Course to all churches in the island. Pat Mamaclay, who heads this ministry, regularly travels to the Philippines to establish partnerships among the churches in Hawaii and those in the Philippines so they can plant churches among the remaining Least Reached people groups of the country. Some Kairos graduates of Pat since he began facilitating this course in 1997 have already gone to Indonesia and Thailand as full time missionaries. Many more continue going to short term missions in other Asian countries while the rest are working among the least reached people of the Philippines. Since Kairos started in 1994, more than 30,000 Filipinos have already taken the Course. Kairos is now available in 66 countries around the world and the Kairos reader has been translated in 35 languages. The Filipino Ministry is currently working on The Filipino Simbalay (house church) Movement that attempts to evangelize the unchurched Filipinos in Hawaii.

Pat Mamaclay teaches a Kairos course to the youth in the Philippines.
MISSION STATEMENT
To minister to Filipino and American churches by sharing the burden of bringing the gospel to the remaining Unreached People Groups (UPG) of the world not yet reached by existing missionary efforts – in the light of Rev 7:9 and Mt 24:14.
Rev 7:9 “After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb…”
Mt 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”
VISION
To see a more aggressive partnership among the Filipino/American churches and their Asian based counterparts so they can effectively bring the gospel to the mission frontiers of Asia.
PURPOSE STATEMENT
To help the Filipino/American churches in discovering, raising, training and sending their own missionaries to cross culture ministry; or adopting and supporting Philippine based missionaries who are preparing to go to Asian countries including those who are already engaged in local cross culture ministry.
